Your completed application should be faxed or hand delivered to Del Rancho Realty Inc. at 2539 Hoover Ave, Set. B., National City, CA, 91950. 

Please note that hand delivering the application is faster because if you fax it, we still need the application fee of $30.00 to be delivered before we can begin processing the application. 

A separate application and fee is required for any person over the age of 18. Money orders and cashier’s checks are advised for payments; cash is also accepted, but not advised. Del Rancho Realty must be written on the application envelope, and you must call or email our office when the application is dropped off.
